    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize a raw water supply passage laid between a holder and a cold water tank with respect to a water server where the holder is placed in a lower part and the cold water tank is placed in an upper part.SOLUTION: A water server is provided with: a circulation path 9; upper and lower switching valves 10; and a heater 11 for sterilization. The circulation path 9 has an upper end part connected close to a water tank on a raw water supply passage and a lower end part connected close to a holder on the raw water supply passage respectively. The switching valves 10 are provided for upper and lower branch points of the raw water supply passage 6 and the circulation path 9 respectively. The switching valves 10 are switchable between a normal use state in which a raw water container 4, the cold water tank 2, and the raw water supply passage 6 communicate and a sterilization use state in which the raw water supply passage 6 and the circulation path 9 communicate. The heater 11 for sterilization heats water circulating by the pump 7 between the raw water supply passage 6 and the circulation path 9 up to a sterilization temperature when the switching valves 10 are in the sterilization use state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability upon exchanging a raw water container in a water server in which the raw water container is set in a horizontal posture.SOLUTION: A water server comprises an exchange type raw water container 3, a container loading table 42 on which the raw water container 3 is loaded, and a raw water drawing tube 5 connected to a water outlet 11 of the raw water container 3. A container holder 4 holding the raw water container 3 in a state where a neck part 40 thereof is horizontally arranged is formed in a box shape with a grip 55 and detachably loaded on the container loading table 42. Thereby, upon exchanging the raw water container 3, the raw water container 3 may be loaded on the container loading table 42 together with the container holder 4 by having the grip 55 of the container holder 4, therefore it is not required to lift the raw water container 3 alone, and thus workability is improved.
