Since the sliver 9 receives a drawing draft in the rotary table for storing the sliver, especially in a drawing frame, a carding machine, etc., there is a relative movement between the transferring sliver and the inner wall 12c of the sliver passage 12 and a frictional resistance acts on the sliver through the inner wall. In order to enable the improvement of sliver guidance and sliver quality, the frictional resistance is reduced at least partially by changing the interaction and/or spatial arrangement between the sliver 9 and the inner wall 12c of the sliver passage 12c.

The structure suppresses a characteristic high frequency component of an impact sound caused by a collision of the sheet P, improves the sound quality of the impact sound to change the sound into a comfortable sound, and concurrently reduces the energy to suppress the sound.
