    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device in which a band-like member winding speed can be kept constant from start to end of winding a band-like member around a winding core of which an axial cross section is formed non-circular.SOLUTION: A winding device for winding an electrode sheet 3 (band-like member) around a winding core 2 comprises a drive mechanism 30 for rotating the winding core 2 and a control device 60 for controlling an output shaft 11a. The control device 60 includes storage means 61 and rotating amount adjusting means 63. The storage means 61 stores therein measured data time-sequentially indicating an integrated winding quantity in winding the electrode sheet 3 around the winding core 2 and stores therein beforehand target data time-sequentially indicating an integrated winding quantity in winding the electrode sheet 3 at a fixed winding speed. The rotating amount adjusting means 63 adjusts a rotating amount of the output shaft 11a hour by hour so as to decrease a difference between the integrated winding quantity of the measured data and the integrated winding quantity of the target data.
