    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document transport device with which an operator is prevented from erroneously rotating a stamp unit during jam processing and during cleaning of a rear device and stamp replacement performance can be improved even in the document transport device with end face reference.SOLUTION: A document transport device includes: document loading means; separation feeding means; transport means; discharge means; and a transport device body for supporting them. The transport device body is supported by an image forming apparatus body so as to be freely opened/closed. The document transport device also includes: a stamp 59 which is arranged on a downstream side in a document transport direction rather than a reading position and stamps a read completion mark on a document which is read; and a stamp unit 55 which is movably supported by the transport device body and detachably supports the stamp 59. The transport device body is opened from the image forming apparatus body, and the stamp unit 55 is moved to a first direction and moved to a second direction which is a device operator side to attach/detach the stamp 59.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit skewing in feeding a document or a sheet in a document conveyance device.SOLUTION: A positioning rail 54 determining a fixing position of a guide member 52 and a pair of sliding rails 53 having a guided part 52a provided on the guide member 52 therebetween are obliquely arranged so that an angle θs formed between the guide member 52 ane the rails at a downstream side of a feeding direction of the sheet 50 is an acute angle. The guided part 52a of the guide member 52 is tilted by only the angle θ with respect to the guide member 52. By being tilted in this way, even under the condition that one pitch p of a positioning uneven part 60 is almost equivalent to that of the conventional device, the fixing position accuracy of the guide member 52 can be finely subdivided into "pitch width p×sinθ", and a gap between an edge of a sheet bundle 50 and the guide member 52 is reduced, and the skewing of the sheet 50 can be inhibited.
