    • PURPOSE:To automatically take up a tape into a small roll efficiently by disposing the first work area for guiding and taking up the tape above one side of a vertical turntable and the second work area for taking out products below the side of the turntable. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 1 is provided with a plurality of bobbin bodies 10, 11 and paired two air cylinders 12, 13 for rotatably supporting the bobbin bodies 10, 11 in such a manner as to advance and retreat. When a fixed length of tape is taken up, the turntable 1 is turned, and the bobbin bodies 10, 11 in the upper and lower, the first and second work areas A and B are replaced each other. A tape 25 is clamped by the bobbin body 11 and a tape presser 30, and the tape 25 positioned lower than this part is cut by a cutter 57.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize the machine in the caption according to a method wherein the machines main body for supporting rotatably a plurality of winding drum shaft is rotatably supported, the same number of motor as that of winding drum shaft are mounted, while those drive motors are coupled with the winding drum shafts via a gear mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Machine's main body 2 is put in revolution by means of revolving motors so that 2 pieces of winding drum shaft 1a, 1b may be replaced with each other with respect to their shaft centers. This revolving mechanism is identical to the conventional system in which a revolving drive motor installed on the foundation acts as a power supply and the machine's main body 2 is rotated by means of gears engraved on the periphery of the machine's main body 2 and other gears meshing with the former gears. In this case, drive motors 7a, 7b for winding drum shafts 1a, 1b turn around a support roller 5 playing the role of reference shaft, while their attitudes being upside down together with the machine's main body 2. During this period, the drive motors 7a, 7b are either in rotation or stationary, but brushes are mounted in both of them for the purpose of supplying power continuously. For this purpose, the driving system has been remarkably simplified, resulting in reduction of the overall machine size and in compactness.
