    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pulser capable of intermittently forming the pulse air by continuously supplying the compressed air.
      SOLUTION: The inside of a body 1 is partitioned into an air charging chamber 5 and an air discharging chamber 6 by expanding a diaphragm 4 having a pore 8, and an air injection cylinder 7 opened and closed by the diaphragm 4 is mounted in the air charging chamber 5. A valve plate 11 having a valve hole 14 and composed of a magnetic body is mounted in the air discharging chamber 6 to partition the air discharging chamber 6 into a first chamber 6a and a second chamber 6b. A valve element 18 in which a permanent magnet 19 is buried is movably mounted in the second chamber 6b. The compressed air is continuously sent into the air charging chamber 5, the valve element 18 is opened by the rise of the pressure in the first chamber 6a to discharge the compressed air in the discharging chamber 6 from a discharge port 21, and the diaphragm 4 is deformed to the discharging chamber 6 side by the lowering of the pressure in the discharging chamber 6 to open the air injection cylinder 7, whereby the compressed air in the air charging chamber 5 is discharged from the air injection cylinder 7.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a granular powder transport apparatus which is simple in its structure, easy for maintenance and checking and can attain high efficiency of transportation by connecting a pipe for passing a fluid for transporting granular powder to the lower end portion of a pipe for dropping and supplying granular powder. CONSTITUTION:A granular powder feed pipe 4 for dropping granular powder supplied from a quantitative feeder 3 is disposed along its gravity. The pipe 4 is provided with a branch pipe 6 with a cover 7 for checking and cleaner injection nozzles 8a, 8b. A pipe 9 for passing a fluid 10 for transportation such as water or the like is connected to the lower end portion of the pipe 4. In this arrangement, granular powder such as dust collected from combustion exhaust gap is dropped through the pipe 4 to be conducted into the pipe 9, and transported to a fixed place by the fluid 10 for transportation passing through the pipe 9. At this time, cleaner is jetted from the nozzles 8a, 8b to the inner peripheral wall of the pipe 4 to prevent blocking of dust. Thus, the apparatus can be simplified in its structure to facilitate maintenance and checking and attain high efficiency of transportation.
