    • PURPOSE:To reduce equipment investment and to improve work efficiency by conducting both operations for forwarding a truck and squeezing a truck for accomodation with one blower so as to immediately forward the truck from the position for accomodation. CONSTITUTION:An accomodating and forwarding apparatus for trucks is provided with a gate 22 mounted at the terminal end of an accomodating zone 21 for plural trucks. A stop zone 23 for trucks and gates 24, 25 are disposed at the start end of the accomodating zone. Branch paths 29 connected to each start end of unit zones for respective trucks in the accomodating zone 21 are extended from a blast path 28 connected to a blower 27 for feeding a truck 33 from the stop zone 23 to the accomodating zone 21. Each branch path 29 is provided with a valve 30, and the blast path 28 is provided with a valve 31. These valves 30, 31 are controlled by a control unit 32, so that the trucks 33 are forwarded one by one, and the trucks that have reached the stop zone 23 are sequentially squeezed deep into the accomodating zone 21.

    • PURPOSE:To make cargoes loadable to a capsule in a continuous manner, by setting up a rotary table provided with plural patchers at the upper part of a rectangular opening part installed in a cargo loading position at a pipe line for a cargo loading device suitable for capsule conveyance. CONSTITUTION:Each of opening part 3 and 4 extending in a longitudinal direction is formed on top and bottom surfaces at the loading position of a pipe line 1 where a capsule 2 is set down as being travelable inside by means of air pressure and then a rotary table 5 is set up on top of an upper opening part 3. At the top of the rotary table 5, a concave loading section 5c partitionarily formed with both concentric, circular outer and inner walls 5a and 5b is installed while plural pieces of a patcher 8 having the same capacity as the capsule 2 are installed in the lower surface of this section 5c. Each of these patchers 8 is installed so as to be brought to a position almost just above the said opening part 3. And, cargoes being cast into these patchers from a feeder 42 is made so as to be dropped and housed inside each capsule 2 via a bottom cover piece 9 which is opened at the top of the opening part 3.

    • PURPOSE:To suck and remove pollutants tending to expand outside a loading machine body together with air for avoiding pollutant raid to the outside by sucking internal air from a socket hole with a suction mechanism when a cut-off member cutting off communication between the inside and outside of a loading machine body is opened. CONSTITUTION:A lid 52 on a dumping section 54 is opened and an empty cartridge is dumped into a dumping port 63 to be dropped in a socket hole 60 of a rotor 62. When this lid 52 is opened, a valve body 64 interlocked with the lid 52 is also opened so that air and pollutants always sucked by an suction blower in a suction pipe 52, dumping hole 63 and socket hole 60 are sucked and removed without expanding the pollutants outside the dumping section 54. Next, the lid 52 is closed and a handle 58 is pivoted to abut against a second stopper. The socket hole 60 is transferred between a pneumatic tube 55 and an end pneumatic tube 57 and the empty cartridge is dropped and received in the interior of the lower delivering machine through the end pneumatic tube 55. Then, the cartridge is integrated with a jag filled with sample in the delivering machine to be sent to the pneumatic tube 55.
