    • PURPOSE:To early detect an abnormality, by providing a funnel-shaped unit in a bucket elevator to receive a conveyed material dropping down and by operating a stay detector when the dropping quantity of the material has become by a prescribed value more than its quantity going out through the outlet port of the unit. CONSTITUTION:Oblique guide plates 4 are secured so that they cover the top of a lower pulley 2 on which a belt 3 is engaged at the lower end. A funnel-shaped unit 6, which receives a conveyed material dropping down, is composed of the oblique guide plates 4, side plates 5 for supporting the guide plates at both the sides, and an operating plate 7, which is pivotally supported at the upper end so that it can swing freely. When the operating plate 7 extends down spontaneously, an outlet port 8 is defined at the lower end of the unit 6. A rod 9 is attached to the operating plate 7. A microswitch 10 is provided near the tip of the rod 9. When the conveyed material dropping down into the unit 6 and staying therein has reached a prescribed quantity, the switch 10 is operated to give warning or the like.

Consequently, even the solidified powder 3 is crushed by the chip 4 and scratched into the bucket 2. With such arrangement, even the solidified powder can be carried smoothly.

CONSTITUTION:A storage hopper 12 for cereals discharge is installed to the terminal part of a flow-down gutter 11 coupled to the cereals discharge port part of a cereals lifter, and a cereals storage tank 19, which has the one end pivotally supported to a rotary shaft 17 and the other end being suspended by means of a resilient spring 18, is located within a machine frame 15 for hopper. In the flow rate regulating device, a block-up plate 22 for flow rate regulation is securely located so that, based on a reference cereals amount of cereals accumulated in a cereals tank, each cereals discharge port formed in the storage tank 19 of the hopper 12 is opened to a reference opening. Thus, according to a change in weight produced depending upon a fluctuation in an amount of cereals in the storage tank 19, the discharge side of the storage tank 19 is vertically moved through the force of the resilient spring 18 to adjust the opening of each cereals discharge port.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent subsequently thrown soil from remaining on the rear of the base of a preceding bucket by providing a bucket in such a manner that the base plate thereof is higher at the front part thereof, and when it is reversed, the base plate is lower at the front part, thereby to guide subsequent ly thrown soil, which is slided down to a supply through fixed in such a manner as to shift downward from an upper turning portion. CONSTITUTION:The base plate 11 of a bucket 9 is fixed in such a manner as to be higher at the front part thereof, and when the base plate is reversed, the base plate is lower at the front part. A supply trough 21 is fixed at a posi tion shifted (alpha) downward from an upper end turning portion A, whereby soil dropping on the back of the reversed base plate 11 is forced to flow downward in the supply trough thoroughly. In this arrangement, the soil lifted up by bucket 9 and thrown at the turning portion A is dropped on the back of the base plate 11 of a preceding bucket 9, and guided by the base plate 11 to be slided down to the supply trough 21. In this case, the dimension is set in such a manner that soil is forced to flow down thoroughly, so that the soil will not remain on the base plate 11.
