    • PURPOSE:To continuously convey articles efficiently and quickly by providing a conveyer apparatus using an endless chain constructed so that a chain guide frame is disposed along the rotating locus of the chain, and a circular-arc auxiliary guide frame is disposed in a circular-arc transport area. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of substantially rectangular guide frames 4, 4', 5, 5' are shifted vertically and longitudinally and the four corners thereof are bent like a circular-arc having the same radius. Endless chains 6, 6' fitted with trays 7 are guided along the guide frames 5, 5'. Circular-arc auxiliary guide frames 8 having the substantially same radius as the circular-arcs of the endless chains 6, 6' are disposed in the circular-arc transport areas where the guide frames 4, 4' and the chain guide frames 5, 5' intersect. In this arrangement, the trays are supported by the guide frames 4, 4', 5, 5' and the auxiliary guides 8 of the circular-arc portions to ensure the stable attitude of the trays.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent flanges of buckets from interfering with each other, by providing a guide rail having a guide surface connectable with guide rollers on both ends of the lower part of the bucket on a rotary part for a horizontal movement and a descent, in a conveying path of the bucket. CONSTITUTION:A bucket 4 is hinged to a hinge shaft between chains 1, flanges 5 and 6 are provided on both ends of its upper part and guide rollers 7 and 8 are provided on both ends of its lower part respectively. In the above matter, a circular arc shaped guide surface 10 connectable with the guide roller 8 and a guide rail 9 having an entrance side guide surface 11 continuing from the guide surface 10 are provided on the inside of an intermeshing circle between chain 1 in a horizontal movement and a descent part of the bucket 4 and a sprocket 2. Then, the fron part flange 5 of the following bucket 4 is prevented by inclining the preceding bucket 4 toward the front along the guide rail 9 from touching the rear part flange 6 of the bucket 4.

Also, the position of the side rail 5 is roughly equal to that of the power rail 4 more in a down-grade area S3 than the horizontal area S1.     • PURPOSE:To prevent a conveyed article from tumbling at the conveyor end by linking the end of one side, which is perpendicular to the extending direction of a chain, of a flat-plate-shaped conveying plate, to the chain in a rotatable manner. CONSTITUTION:A convey plate 6 is linked to a chain 5 in a rotatable manner at the end of one side, which is perpendicular to the extending direction of the chain. A rail 8, which supports an upper moving side conveying plate 6a in a horizontal position, is provided so that the last conveying plate 6c is detached from the rail 8 at the end of a conveyor. Further, a restricting member 10 is also provided in order to prevent said conveying plate 6c from rotating downward in excess of the predetermined angle of rotation. This prevents the conveying plate from tumbling at the conveyor end. With this contrivance, conveyed substance placed on the conveying plate can be discharged without tumbling at the end part.
