    • PURPOSE:To produce economically and rapidly and anchor by collecting sand in a bag with a pump for transporting water. CONSTITUTION:A pump 1 is connected to a collecting hose 2 and a discharging hose 3 for running. When an end 4 of this hose 2 approaches sand layer in water, the sand in the neighborhood is sucked together with water in the direction of arrow so that sand grain 5 is carried by water flow and pushed out of a discharge port 6 through the pump 1. When a cloth bag 7 is then mounted on the discharge port, the sand is caugth in the bag and water flows outside the bag through the cloth so that the bag is filled with the sand by pump pressure. Thus, the bag 1 filled with the sand is closed and bound with a steel wire on the opening, providing immediately a weight which can be used for an anchor.

As a result, the waterline of the floating body 12, 12' can be kept almost fixed or be optionally adjusted and energy necessary for such operation can be minimized.
