    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship for installing offshore wind turbines which enables the hull thereof to be maintained at a fixed position in a short working time and without significant restraints due to oceanographic conditions when pre-assembled wind turbines are transported and installed at an area of sea for installation.SOLUTION: In this ship 1 for installing offshore wind turbines, wind turbines 3, each of which is obtained by assembling a tower 5, a nacelle 7 and rotor blades 9, are loaded on a deck 12, the ship is towed or self-navigated to an area of sea where the wind turbines are to be installed, and the wind turbines 3 are lifted by a crane 14 installed on the deck 12 and placed at an offshore target installation position. The ship for installing offshore wind turbines constitutes a small waterplane area twin-hulled ship, and a tension-leg mooring platform provided with anchors 28, a winch capable of moving the anchors 28 between the bottom of the ship and the bottom of the sea, and mooring cables 26 that provide a prescribed tension between the anchors 28 and the hull.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to safely and rapidly carry heavy loads without being subjected to the affection of waves, by providing a shore ramp which is adapted to engage with a recess part formed on the shore side, to either one of the front and rear sections of a ballast-adjustable float, and as well providing an elevatable leg to the other of the front and rear sections thereof. CONSTITUTION:A shore ramp 3 which is adapted to engage with a recess part formed on the shore side, is provided to either one of the front and rear sections of a ballast-adjustable float 1, and an elevatable leg 2 is provided to the other of the front and rear section thereof. Since load is exerted to the leg 2 and the shore ramp 3, the float 1 does not pitch and roll even if the floating force of the float 1 is varied due to slight errors in the ballast control and waves, thereby heavy loads may be safely and rapidly carried.
