    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge profile for trimming an upper structure for safety of an emergency rescue vehicle, in particular, safety of a fire engine and assemble security function for lighting up the circumference of the vehicle.SOLUTION: An edge profile of this invention comprises: a hollow profile main body 10 having a cross section; a central hollow channel part; a first belt-like lighting device 28 disposed above the profile main body 10; a second belt-like lighting device 30 disposed at the bottom side of the profile main body 10; and fixing means and an engagement part for fixing the edge profile to a vehicle main body. The edge profile comprises: a first cross section part 44 disposed at the rear part of the profile main body 10; a planar upper supporting segment 54 placed at the apex part of the first cross section part 44 for supporting a top plate 32 of the upper structure; and a plate-like flange part at the bottom part of the profile main body 10 to extend vertically.

The two pyramidal surface plates are overlapped and assembled in a state that the pyramidal bodies arranged in a reticular pattern are shifted from each other by half-pitch in the specific direction, the apex rhombus of one of the pyramidal bodies is kept into contact with the bottom point rhombus of the other pyramidal body, and the apex rhombus of the other pyramidal body is kept into contact with the bottom point rhombus of one of the pyramidal bodies.
