摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensing device, capable of detecting the acceleration in larger range maintaining high resolution to small acceleration, and to realize a crew protection system, using the device.
SOLUTION: The acceleration sensing device is provided with an acceleration sensor 1 for detecting acceleration, and an acceleration compensation means 6 for performing an arithmetical operations of the acceleration of the portion beyond the range detectable, when the acceleration exceeds the range detectable with the acceleration sensor 1. The crew protection system comprises a vehicle-mounted crew protection device 5, the acceleration sensor 1 for detecting acceleration, and an acceleration compensating means 6 for performing an arithmetical operations of the acceleration of the portion beyond the range detectable, when the acceleration exceeds the range detectable with the acceleration sensor 1, and a driving device 4 for driving the crew protection device 5, on the basis of the acceleration information outputted from the acceleration compensating means 6.
