摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and the like capable of automatically setting a printed image in a rotary press to the desired optimal quality. SOLUTION: In the method, the printed image of a rotary press is controlled by adjusting the relative position of the rollers (3, 7, 8) involved in the ink transfer. The rollers (7, 8) can be moved toward each other both together and also independently of each other by means of their own actuating drives (M1, M2, M3, M4), so that the rollers (3, 7, 8) involved in the printing process can be set into motion in relation to each other. The light intensity reflected from a plurality of parts of the printed image is measured and recorded in succession by a camera (K) and the intensity is fed to a control and regulating unit (13). The control and regulating unit (13) generates signals for the actuating drives (M1, M2, M3, M4) of at least one part of the rollers (3, 7, 8) based on the measured intensity.
