    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web offset printing press and an adjusting method of a tilt angle of a printing cylinder which enable more reliable reduction of delamination. SOLUTION: The web offset printing press performs printing on a web 10 at a nipping part of paired printing cylinders 9a and 9b which are opposite to each other and disposed in shifting in the direction of advance of the web 10, in a sequence of the first printing cylinder 9b on the upstream side and the second printing cylinder 9a on the downstream side. The press comprises a tilt angle adjusting mechanism 20 which adjusts a tilt angle α of a plane connecting both axes of the paired printing cylinders 9a and 9b, to a plane intersecting at right angles to the direction of conveyance of the web 10, and with a control means 30 which controls the tilt angle adjusting mechanism on the basis of parameters correlated with the probability of occurrence of the delamination caused by printing of the second printing cylinder 9a on the downstream side out of the paired printing cylinders 9a and 9b.
