    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo press capable of sufficiently assuring the stroke length of a slide and of promoting the downsizing of the press itself.
      SOLUTION: A first link 311 pivotally attached to a crown and a second link 312 pivotally attached to a plunger are connected across a triaxial link 313. This triaxial link 313 is advanced and retreated by a carrier 32. According thereto, the interference of a third connecting shaft 313 and the first and second links 311 and 312 can be averted even if the same stroke length of the slide as heretofore is assured and therefore the first and second links 311 and 312 can be made shorter than therefore. Accordingly, there is no need for averting the interference by making the first and second links 311 and 312 longer and the downsizing of the servo press can be promoted by arranging the carrier 32, a feed screw mechanism, etc., nearer to the central side of the slide.

    • PURPOSE:To make construction lighter and simpler and to improve loading endurance in a titled press provided with a single action press behind a vertical double action press, by specifying the direction of a driving shaft and the connection of an inner slide. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 4 in parallel with the transfer direction 3 of the work is provided in the upper part of a vertical double action press 1 before a single action press 2. Link devices 9 which move an inner slide 8 upward or downward by means of upper and lower link mechanisms 5, 7 and upper and lower connection links 6 connected to the shaft 4 and operated by the same are provided on the right and left of the press 1. Link devices 11 which are connected to the shaft 4 and move an outer slide 10 upward and downward are provided on the right and left in the upper part of a structural body. The slide 8 here is supported with an oscillation shaft bearing 23 by means of a lifting link 25 and a lower triangular link 26 and is moved upward or downward when the link 26 is turned by the tensile force of the link 6. Since the greater part of the reaction of the load on the slide 8 during pressing is received by the bearing 23, the link 6 and the mechanism 5 are made into the strong and light construction. The power transmission mechanism is made simpler as the shaft 4 is provided in parallel with the direction 3.

SOLUTION: The linear motor-mounted press machine is provided with: a force increasing mechanism 10 where an output part performs a rectilinear reciprocating operation; a first linear motor 11 connected to the input part of the force increasing mechanism 10; a second linear motor 12 where an output shaft drives a press die 6 forwardly/backwardly; and a connection changing mechanism 13. The connection changing mechanism 13 connects the output shaft of the second linear motor 12 and the output part of the force increasing mechanism 10 so as to be connected/released to/from each other. As the force increasing mechanism 10, a toggle type link mechanism or the like are used. Instead of the first linear motor 11, a servomotor and a crank mechanism or the like may be used. CONSTITUTION:An upper metallic die 20 ascends by rotation of a cam 17 of a spring 22 energizing slide 16. On the other hand, a lower metallic die 19 ascends by a slide 2 by toggle mechanisms 2-13, but a slide 3 of supporting point 5 descends by rotation of a cam 14 and the ascent of the metallic die 19 is relaxed. That is to say, by the rotation of the cam 17, the upper metallic die 20 draws an ascending curve of (d), and the lower metallic die 19 draws an ascending curve (a) in case when a supporting point 5 has been fixed, but by rotation of the cam 14, the supporting point 5 draws a descending curve of (b), therefore, a combined curve of (c) is drawn.
