    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container made of a plastic having an edge section by which a human being can feel smoothness when touching it by the lips or the hand.SOLUTION: This injection-molded container or sealing device made of the plastic has a side wall (12) which extends from the bottom section wall to the edge section wall (16). An upper section (18) at a part of the edge section wall has both of outward and inward directional components and extends. A lower section (20) of a specified part of the edge section wall has both of downward and inward directional components and extends. In addition, the specified part at a specified level (22) on the lower section has an internal surface (24) and an external surface (26), and respective surfaces have downward and inward directional components and extend. At the specified level, the internal surface and the external surface of the lower section are respectively formed of different die constituent parts of one die section. When the container or the sealing device is removed from the die section, the internal surface and the external surface of the lower section at the specified level of the specified section are simultaneously removed from one of the die sections which are separated.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out mold release positively, by forming an undercut forming surface of a slide core such that a side surface of an undercut of a molded item may be slanted against the ejection direction, and perform rounded corner finishing or chamfering an outer edge of a slide core sliding surface that faces the ejection direction. CONSTITUTION:The undercut forming surface 10a of the slide core 10 is slanted such that the side surface 4a of the undercut 4 of the molded item (M) may be slanted against the ejection direction. The outer edge 16a of the slide core sliding surface 16 of the movable mold 8 that faces the ejection direction is rounded or chamfered. The angle of the slant of the side surface 4a is 20-40 deg.. The radius of curvature of the edge 16a is to be 0.5-1.0, and preferably the angle of the chamfer of the side surface 4a is on the order of 45 deg.. After the completion of the molding, and when the mold is opened and the molded item (M) is ejected, a protrusion 4 is slid on the edge 16a of the movable mold 8 as shown so that the molded item (M) is ejected to complete the release positively.

In the next step, when the center part of the molded product is thrushed by the ejector pin 14, the product is lifted at the center of the bottom wall thereof while the peripheral side wall is inwardly pulled to be separated from the inner peripheral surface of the lower mold and the undercut 4 is detached from the ring shaped inner peripheral expanded part 13a of the movable mold to release the product from the movable mold.
