    • PURPOSE:To produce resin particles with a powder without treating a primary foamed body with a powder, by subjecting resin particles to a specific treatment thereby distributing other particles uniformly over the first-mentioned particles. CONSTITUTION:A resin raw material to be foamed and a powder having a melting point higher than that of the resin raw material are charged into a heating apparatus 2, are mixed uniformly and are fluidized. Then the fluidized resin composition is extruded through a number of fine holes of an extruder 3. The extruded resin composition is cooled by air fed into a cooler 8 to become a rodlike material 7, and the rodlike material 7 is passed through a particle forming apparatus 12 to be made particulate. When this particulate resin is foamed and molded in a conventional manner, the foamed and molded item has a powder uniformly distributed over the foamed and molded item.

    • PURPOSE:To form a polyurethane foam with a low expansion pressure by a method in which two components are separately confined in each pressure container, an inert compound in a gaseous state at ordinary temperature and pressure is added to and mixed with the components under a pressure, and the components are discharged while being mixed from one discharge port and foamed. CONSTITUTION:A polyol in the component A used is an alkylene oxide addition product of a polyhydric alcohol and/or its polyhydroxy compound. The equivalent ratio of an organic polyisocyanate or a mixture of an NCO terminal type prepolymer and an organic polyisocyanate in the component B to the polyol of the component A is 0.60-1.60, preferably 0.80-1.40. The gaseous inert compound used is one or a mixture two or more of those such as dischlorodifluoromethane, chlorodifluoromethane, etc., in gaseous states at ordinary temperature and pressure.
