摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque screwdriver which makes a marker directly abut on a fastening member such as a screw to perform marking.SOLUTION: In to the torque screwdriver 1, a fastening force applied to a case 10 is transmitted via a torque limiter 30 to a main shaft 20, and when fastening torque applied to a screw 80 engaged with a bit 70 attached to a coupler 60 fixed to the front end of the main shaft 20 reaches a torque value set on the torque limiter 30, the case 10 rotates relative to the main shaft 20. The torque screwdriver includes a marker 54 starting from the inside of the coupler 60 to extend along the side face of the bit 70 to reach the tip of the bit 70, and a marker actuating unit 40 which makes the marker 54 move forward by the rotation of the case 10 relative to the main shaft 20, and thereby makes the tip 53 of the marker abut on the screw 80 to perform marking.

The adapter shuts out the flow of energy to a tool motor, returns the flow of energy into a groove via the modular control device, and controls the flow of energy to the motor. The retrofit kit can include an instruction sheets that explains and illustrates the methods of using the kit.

摘要： A pneumatic impulse wrench for tightening screw joints includes a housing with a pressure air inlet passage, an exhaust air outlet passage, a rotation motor, a hydraulic impulse generator, and is connected to a stationary programmable control unit. The impulse wrench also includes a torque indicating mechanism connected to the control unit for feeding back electric signals responsive to the output torque of the wrench, an electromagnetically activated inlet valve arranged in the air inlet passage, and an electromagnetically activated exhaust valve which controls the exhaust air flow from the motor. The exhaust valve is a proportional valve activated by a linearly operated electromagnetic actuator and arranged to continuously adapt the exhaust air flow and, hence, the motor power to the characteristics of the actual screw joint being tightened in response to feed back signals from the torque indicating mechanism and in accordance with a programmed tightening strategy.
