    • PURPOSE:To reduce the magnetic resonance half width of a ferrite single crystal by surface-polishing a spherical sample while providing an impeller wheel made of a polisher material inside a vessel lined with the polisher material and allowing soft polishing powder to be contained in the polisher material. CONSTITUTION:An impeller wheel 17 made of a polisher material is rotatably provided within a vessel 10 lined with the polisher material 16, and soft polishing powder is stuck to said polisher material. The several number of spherical sample of a ferrite single crystal are uniformly put into each compartment formed by blades 17, and the impeller wheel 17 is rotated via a pulley 32. It is possible in this way to remove the surface over which the processing distortion on the spherical sample is formed and improve magnetic resonance half width to about 1.6 Oe.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean a cleaning object formed of various materials and to continuously charge it for treating.     • PURPOSE:To simultaneously polish the internal and the external surface of a work, by charging an internal and an external surface side of the annular work, concentrically inserted with a dish-shaped rotary tank further with the bottom end adjacent to the rotary tank, with a mass of polishing material in a suitable quantity and rotating the rotary rank so as to fluidize the mass of polishing material. CONSTITUTION:An annular fixed tank 6, which can be brought into slide contact with the outer edge part of a dish-shaped rotary tank 4 fixed to the upper end part of a rotary shaft 2, is fixed to a frame 1 in the upper of the rotary tank 4. A collect chuck 13 holds concentrically with the tank 4 an annular work 20, and its bottom end is arranged in a position adjacent to the tank 6. An internal and an external side surface of the work 20 is charged with a mass of polishing material, and if the tank 4 is rotated in the direction of an arrow head 23, the mass, moving both in the horizontal direction of an arrow head 24, 24a and in the vertical direction of an arrow head 25, 25a, circulates into a helically fluidized motion 26, 26a, simultaneously polishing an external surface 21 and an internal surface 22 of the work 20.
