    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein when a tool is replaced by a shrinkage fitting method, non-allowable thermal displacement is given to a main spindle. SOLUTION: In a spindle 2, a shrinkage fitting holder 8 suitable for shrinkage fitting is fitted and fixed to the top of the main shaft. A tool changer 1 includes: a tool carrying device 10; and a high-frequency induction heating device 20. The tool carrying device 10 and the high-frequency induction heating device 20 are moved forward to the spindle 2 in changing the tool. In the high-frequency induction heating device 20, a heating coil 22 is moved to the shrinkage fitting holder 8, only the shrinkage fitting holder 8 is heated at high speed by the high-frequency induction heating, and after the tool is inserted, cooling is performed by a cooling device 30. In fitting the tool, just when the tool is sucked, the tool is released, and the position is regulated by a center pin so that the tool is held with straightness to the axis center.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink fit device capable of precisely heating respective thermal contraction holding parts of holding members (thermal shrinkage holder or the like) at the temperature for inserting the members to be held (drill blade or the like).
      SOLUTION: The thermal contraction holding parts 5 gripping and holding cutting tools 2 are heated by a heating part 6, and thermally expanded to expand a holding portion 3. A release detection part 9 detects that the cutting tool 2 is released (action) from the thermal contraction holding part 5, and a temperature measurement part 7 measures the member target temperature (cutting tool releasing temperature) of the thermal contraction holding part 5 by receiving the detection of the release detection part, and stores it in a thermometer recognition temperature storage part 8.
