    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method using a round die in which a rest for supporting a work is not used during rolling.
      SOLUTION: A material M is dropped on the upper face of a support blade mounting table 53. The material M is received on the upper face and positioned. A first rolling die 100 and a second rolling die 101 are mutually pushed-in and fed toward the material M while rotating both dies in the same rotation direction. Then, the first rolling die 100 and the second rolling die 101 are started to come into contact with the material M. The first rolling die 100 and the second rolling die 101 become in a state of being in contact with both opposing side faces of the material M, namely, apart at an angle interval of 180°. The material M is held at an accurate position on both opposing side faces of the material M apart at the angle interval of 180° with the first rolling die 100 and the second rolling die 101. Accordingly, a support blade 54 does not have to support the material M. After the material M is in contact with the first rolling die 100 and the second rolling die 101, the support blade 54 is retracted from a rolling region by driving an air cylinder 76.
