    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper die holder which is vertically and freely movably equipped with a cam member for operating an upper die clamp.
      SOLUTION: This upper die holder is structured such that it is equipped with the cam member 59 on the holder body 11 which is freely attachable/detachable in the lower part of the upper table 3 provided in a press brake, and that an upper die P is fixedly pressurized to the holder body 11 with the lower part of the upper die clamp 31 which is oscillated forwards and backwards by this cam member 59. At least on the front or the rear face of the cam member 59, there are provided, vertically stepwise, cam faces 61A, 61B, 61C for releasing, half clamping and full clamping respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper die holder device freely fixing an upper die for a press brake including a drop preventive member protrudably in front and rear directions at the lower side of fixing grooves included in both front and rear surfaces.SOLUTION: Lower surfaces 25A, 25B of a holder body 3 in the upper die holder device 1 are formed into a plane and disposed, an upper die engaging groove 15 with which the upper side of the upper die 13 is engageable is arranged to be long in right and left directions and to be opened downward at the lower part of the holder body 3, drop preventive grooves 29A, 29B with which the drop preventive member 27 is engageable are arranged to be long in the right and left directions at the lower side of both of the front and rear surfaces in the upper die engaging groove 15, and a plurality of upper die fixing members 39 passing through a plurality of through-holes 31 in the front and rear directions arranged in the right and left directions at suitable intervals at the front surface wall part 19 or the rear surface wall part 21 of the holder body 3, being protrudable into the upper die engaging groove 15, and having a tip part to be engageable with a fixing groove 33 in the right and left directions arranged at the upper die 13 are integrally arranged at a lower part of a swingable lock member 37 arranged swingably in the front and rear directions at the front or rear surface of the holder body 3.
