    • PURPOSE:To most effectively knead, distribute, and feed casting sand to plural casting machines by a method in which a necessary and minimum amount of powdery granules kneaded for optimum hours by plural intermittent type mixers is fed to an intermittent type consuming apparatus while uniformly cntrolling the operating time of each of the said mixers. CONSTITUTION:When a given amount of stored casting sand in a storage tank 11a or 11b is reduced by the intermittent consumption of an upper casting machine 14a and a lower casting machine 14b, control signal from a weight signal equipements 15a and 15b attached to the tanks 11a and 11b is sent to an arithmetic controller to control a distributor 10. At the same time, control signal from the signal equipments 15a or 15b is sent to a number controller from which a signal is sent to an operation sequential controller. On the other hand, kneading condition of kneaders 5a-5c is sent in the form of any of operational signal or ending signal to the operation sequential controller. And, the number and sequence of operation are directed from the operation sequence controller to one or more of the kneaders 5a-5c and the kneading, distribution, and feed of casting sand are performed.
