The assembly may be attached, adhered, or otherwise embedded into or upon a removable oral appliance to form a hearing aid assembly. Such an oral appliance may be a custom-made device. The electronic and transducer assembly may receive incoming sounds either directly or through a receiver to process and amplify the signals and transmit the processed sounds via a vibrating transducer element coupled to a tooth or other bone structure, such as the maxillary, mandibular, or palatine bone structure.

SOLUTION: In the method, in a step (a), a reference instrument is installed in an oral cavity. A reference instrument corresponding to a fixture is selected and the reference instrument is placed on the fixture. In a step (b), scanning is performed. An inside of the oral cavity of a patient is scanned by a scanner and digital oral data inside the oral cavity, digital reference instrument data, and digital feature point data are obtained. In a step (c), a localization is performed. A digital implant restoration is selected from a database of restorations stored in a computer and a digital localization instrument is put on the digital implant restoration. In a step (d), adjustment and design is performed. By digital combination data, precision in combining the digital implant restoration and digital fixture data is determined. 摘要： A method of virtually planning a cranial drilled implant guided surgery in a subject is disclosed. The method comprises generating (100) a first data set based on input data obtained from a reference structure having a defined relation to a bone structure of said subject, generating (110) a second data set based on input data obtained from a master structure for a surgical template, said master structure having a defined relation to said reference structure, and associating (120) said first data set with said second data set such that said relation of said reference structure to said master structure is preserved whereby a third data set for production of said surgical template is provided. In this manner a repositioning of the surgical template to a previous position of the master structure in a patient is obtained.
