    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that since a washing method is not adapted to each step, washing or rinsing cannot be efficiently carried out even when spray openings are switched to spray water; and as a result, water saving or energy saving cannot be achieved.SOLUTION: The multiple spray openings of a washing nozzle 7 are different in opening space from channel to channel. At a washing step, the channels are switched to a first washing channel 15 having a small opening space by a valve body 21 and the time in which a washing pump 6 supplies washing water is lengthened. As a result, it is possible to change the spraying flow rate and pressure of the washing nozzle 7 without degrading the capability of the washing pump 6. Therefore, it is possible to implement operation suitable for the washing step and carry out washing with a reduced amount of water. Water saving and energy saving are thereby achieved.
