Ribs 618 and 619 extended into the merging chamber 615 are provided on the connection part of the discharged water flow path 615, the overflowing water flow path 613 and the merging chamber 615, and buffer spaces 612a and 612b are provided in the space inside the merging chamber 615 further. Thus, water powerfully flowing through the discharged water flow path 615 efficiently enters a merging port 616 after being discharged to the merging chamber 615 and back flow to the overflowing water flow path 613 is evaded.
