The bristle material is implanted in a ring portion formed in the internal surface of the handle portion and the external surface of a core provided in the handle portion. The bristle material of the brush portion extends upward from the handle portion, a perimetrical edge assuming the shape where the tip of the material is horizontal to the handle portion is formed and formed into the shape gradually depressed to the central axis of the brush portion.
