摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating coil with an entirely stabilized shape in a short time and efficiently after a coil conductor is wound.SOLUTION: A coil conductor 5 is constituted by twisting a plurality of strands 1 provided with an insulation layer 3 and a fusion layer 4 around a conductor 2, and is provided with an insulation coating layer 7 on its outer periphery. The fusion layer 4 is softened and fused by heating with electric conduction to the coil conductor 5 after the coil conductor 5 is wound. When the electric conduction to the coil conductor 5 is stopped, the fusion layer 4 is solidified again so that the shape of the coil conductor 5 is stabilized, so as to form a fusion part 26, at which the adjacent fusion layers 4 are coupled and fixed to each other.

In addition, while the cooking container 16 is maintained at a temperature lower than the set one, the splashing of oil out of the cooking container or the generation of oily smoke is suppressed. Furthermore, since the cooking container is quickly heated when a matter to be cooked is put therein, meat grilling performance is not deteriorated practically. Heating the cooking container 16 by electromagnetic induction expedites the heating and thermal response of the cooking container 16 to further improve the cooking performance. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice polishing machine which is capable of preparing polished rice for rice cooking from stored unpolished rice without vexatious procedures and operations. SOLUTION: A rice polishing mechanism 7 has a stock compartment 5 for the unpolished rice above the same, a metering section 4 for the unpolished rice in the upper part thereof and a rice bin section 2 for the unpolished rice in the upper part thereof. The lower side of the rice-polishing mechanism 7 has a rice washing mechanism 9 which removes the deposits, such as powder sticking to the polished rice during rice polishing and bran which cannot be completely removed. The rice polishing machine is provided with a receiving section 10 to store the polished rice subjected to washing in the lowermost part thereof. The metering section 4 ladles out the unpolished rice by a specified amount each by means of a spiral screw 31 and measures the amount by the rotating time of the screw 31. The prescribed amount of the unpolished rice is polished and washed, by which the polished rice for rice cooking can be prepared without retransferring the unpolished rice to an appliance.

SOLUTION: When a cooking container 16 is heated by feeding power to an induction heating coil 11 at the time of cooking, air which contains moisture and oil contents is generated from food ingredients in the cooking container 16. In this case, when a fan 31 for sucking smoke is operated, the air is sucked from a smoke sucking port 27, and the air is discharged into a space section 36 under a state wherein the oil contents have been removed. Also, when power is fed to the induction heating coil 11, not only the cooking container 16 but also a heater 38 for heating the catalyst are simultaneously heated, and the air in the space section 36 is heated which passes through the heater 38 for heating the catalyst. Then, the catalyst 37 which is located on further downstream side of the space section 36 than the heater 38 for heating the catalyst is activated by the heated air. Thus, an odor content contained in the air is effectively removed.
