摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker reduced in excessive power consumption, the splashing of oil and the generation of oily smoke without deteriorating cooking performance. SOLUTION: A cooking container 16 automatically becomes lower in temperature than a set temperature when a predetermined period of time elapses in the same state as the set temperature. Accordingly, it is possible to cook without excessively heating the cooking container 16. In addition, while the cooking container 16 is maintained at a temperature lower than the set one, the splashing of oil out of the cooking container or the generation of oily smoke is suppressed. Furthermore, since the cooking container is quickly heated when a matter to be cooked is put therein, meat grilling performance is not deteriorated practically. Heating the cooking container 16 by electromagnetic induction expedites the heating and thermal response of the cooking container 16 to further improve the cooking performance.
