SOLUTION: In the fuel cell device that performs generation in the package 33 by electrochemical reaction by a fuel gas and an oxidant gas, a gas detecting sensor 34 for detecting the gas concentration in the package 33 is arranged in the upper part of the package 33. In particular, the inflammable or poisonous gas that has leaked in the package 33 of the fuel cell device is low is density and lighter than the air, therefore it stays in the upper part of package 33. A base rear lid 5 that becomes a hanging surface where a mist emission port 55 is formed is detachably mounted to the base 3. A steam passage 73 having a steam delivery port 74 is formed on the mating surface with the base of the base rear lid 5.

In the temperature setting OFF condition, all lamps 22a, 22b, 22c are lit OFF, i.e., the temperature setting primarily to be dealt with is not displayed, and thereby the temperature setting OFF condition is displayed.

Therefore, even if the temperature of the base 3 decreases due to ironing or the setting temperature of the base 3 decreases, the carburetor 21 maintains a preset temperature and can generate sufficient mist from the mist nozzle part 53.

In such a manner, when the piston 83 is moved to the vicinity of the lower dead center, since a pressure inside the water introduction chamber 93 is forcibly discharged, at the time of the mist generation, the water drops are prevented from being jetted from the nozzle in the middle of the operation of the piston 83.
