CONSTITUTION: In order to attach a supporting member 2 to the lower edge 3 of a window pane 10 automatically when the window pane 10 is automatically assembled, the supporting member 2 is connected with a retaining member 1 by a spring 4 which can be pressed downward in the direction of the plane of the window pane and urged by an elastically pivotable pawl 9 which is formed integrally on the retaining member 1 to fix. The pawl 9 is made to protrude into a supporting region above the supporting member 2 urged for this purpose. When the window pane is attached, the pawl 9 is pushed back by the lower edge 3 of the window pane to release the urging.
