PURPOSE: To constitute a fixed sleeve free to be disassembled from an assembled side without breaking an edge part of a fixed hole on a retaining clamp to fix a constitutional part on a retaining plate. CONSTITUTION: A tongue piece 15 for disassembly is provided on a sleeve wall part 6 retaining a hook or a projection 12, the tongue piece for disassembly is projected over an edge part 13 of a hole 11 for fixing in a state where a fixed sleeve 4 is engaged with the hole 11 for fixing, and a support plate 1 placed and installed on the retaining plate 2 has a cutout in a region in the circumference of the tongue piece 15 for disassembly.
