    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the manufacturing cost of an aerosol container with a required gas barrier property by using a common preform and aerosol valve and increase the kind of liquid contents capable of being stored so that applicable range of aerosol containers using synthetic resins container bodies can be enlarged, when large-sized aerosol containers having different unobstructed capacity of 100 ml to 220 ml are manufactured using the preform for forming an existing small-sized aerosol container body. SOLUTION: A gas barrier thin layer 1b is formed to coat the surface of the body wall 1a of the large-sized container body 1 formed by a biaxial orientation blow molding using the synthetic resin-made preform P to be formed in the small-sized container object A by a biaxial orientation blowing molding. The gas barrier property of the container body 1 to a compressed gas, which is decreased compared with that of the container body A, is improved by the gas barreir property of the thin layer 1b and the preform P can be commonly used for both of the small-sized and large-sized container.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degradation of a gas barrier functionality relative to carbon dioxide being used under an environment where heat resistance and pressure resistance are required while using an existing bottle as a base bottle in improving a gas barrier functionality by forming an amorphus carbon film on the surface of a synthetic resin bottle used under an environment requiring heat resisting and pressure resistance.
      SOLUTION: This synthetic resin bottle 1 excellent in a gas barrier functionality keeps an amorphus carbon film 6 whose thickness is in the range between 10 nm and 20 nm with an average thickness tm deposited on the body surface of PET base bottle 2 used under an environment requiring heat resistance and pressure resistance characteristics.
