    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin vessel with excellent barrier properties, which prevents a barrier layer from being whitened or forming a patchy pattern, even in the application of retort sterilization. SOLUTION: This PET bottle includes a base material layer 11 which is composed of PET and which forms the basic shape of a bottle body, and the barrier layer 12 which has a gas permeability lower than the base material layer 11. The barrier layer 12 contains amorphous nylon with a metaxylylene-isophthalamide structure. A copolymer of meta-xylylenediamine and an isophthalic acid is used for the amorphous nylon, and the rate of the content of the amorphous nylon in the barrier layer 12 is set to be in the range of 20-30 wt.%. SOLUTION: In a PET bottle, a barrier film 2 is formed on the internal surface of a wall 1 composing a container body formed from a PET resin. The barrier film 2 is made from an organic silicon compound gas and an oxygen gas by plasma CVD method. The barrier film 2 contains a silicon oxide in which the composition ratio (atom%) between silicon, oxygen, and carbon is such that oxygen is 50(atom%) or more, carbon is 3(atom%) or more but 20(atom%) or less.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bottle which expresses a gradation pattern by changing the shades of color by utilizing a gradually decreasing phenomenon of the thickness of a layer of a color decorative resin material caused by flow of a base resin material when the base resin material and the color decorative resin material are integrally injected, and a preform which surely molds this bottle, in a biaxially oriented blow molding bottle and its preform for molding.
      SOLUTION: A color decorative part 11 is expressed by a color decorative layer 7 by making a part of a body cylindrical part 10 to be a laminated structure of a main body layer 6 molded with the base resin material and the color decorative layer 7 molded with the color decorative resin material of a different color from the base resin material. The gradation pattern exhibiting a high decorative effect is expressed by molding the bottle with the gradation pattern made of a synthetic resin expressing a gradation part 12 with a thin thickness end part 8 being the end part of the color decorative layer 7 positioned in the body cylindrical part 10 and gradually thinning the thickness, by a biaxially orienting blow molding means.
