    • PURPOSE:To simply obtain the titled bottle having good appearance wherein the split line of an injection mold and the split line of an injection blow mold are coincided with each other, by providing not only a recessed part for the positional alignment of each mold but also a projection corresponding to the mold to a part of the mouth neck part of a tubular material for blow molding. CONSTITUTION:A screw 3a to be formed into the screw 3 of a bottle and a flange part 4a to be formed into the flange part 4 thereof are provided to a mouth neck part 2a while a recessed part for the positional alignment of a mold to be formed into the recessed part 5 of the bottle is provided to a part of the mouth neck part 2a and a bottomed tubular material 1 of which the barrel part 12 and the bottom part 13 are made thick is heated to be set in an injection blow mold 20 so as to inlaid the projection 20a provided to the mold 20 with the recessed part of the aforementioned bottle. In the next step, an orientation rod 21 is inserted into the tubular material 1 while compressed air is blown into said tubular material from the compressed air passage 22 provided to said rod and the tubular material is inflated so as to be closely contacted with the cavity inner surface 23 to obtain the objective bottle.

    • PURPOSE: To maintain good spray condition and prevent leakage of spray liquid by providing an operation chamber to open a hole that communicates to a nozzle according to pressure in the pressure chamber, and making a cylindrical body extending downward from the operation chamber slide in a large diameter part in the upper part of the cylinder that forms the pressure chamber.
      CONSTITUTION: When a spray head 12 is pushed down against the force of a spring 18, two pistons 3, 9 are pushed down simultaneously due to contact of a hole 15 communicating to a nozzle 16 and a valve body 13, and the liquid in the pressure chamber 1 is pressurized. When the pressure in the pressure chamber 1 and an operation chamber 11 exceeds a fixed value by pressing down, two pistons 3, 9 are pushed down by pressure acting on a large diameter piston 9 further resisting the force of the spring 18 and the valve body 13 is lowered according to pressing down. The hole 15 is then opened and pressurized liquid is sprayed from the nozzle 16. Then, the volume in the pressure chamber does not increase abruptly and good spray condition is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To generate adequate foamed bubbles by a method wherein a spray pore with a specific diameter is provided to a lateral wall closing a nozzle pore of an interior of a nozzle port in the vicinity of a forward end of a nozzle and an air sucking pore for foaming is provided to a cylindrical wall portion of the nozzle between the lateral wall and an inner wall portion of the nozzle pore. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 6 is provided to a forward end of a spray port of a trigger type sprayer and has a lateral wall 7 closing a nozzle pore 6a equipped to an internal portion of the nozzle pore 6a approached to a forward end 10 thereof as well as has a spray pore 8 provided to a center portion therein. This pore 8 is provided in such a manner that an outer peripheral line 9 to which mists sprayed through the pore are reached while widen outwardly is collided to an inner wall portion 11 of the nozzle between the lateral wall 7 and the forward end 10. Moreover, an appropriate number of air sucking pores 12 for foaming are provided to a cylindrical wall portion of the nozzle between this portion 11 and the lateral wall 7. Further, if the nozzle pore portion in a portion of the lateral wall side among nozzle pore portions between the lateral wall 7 and the forward wall 10 is formed into a taper 13 having a large diameter in the lateral wall side thereof, foaming effect is enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the accumulation type sprayer of easy assembling and less troubles by reducing the number of constituting parts. CONSTITUTION:Six members of a sprayer body 1, spray head 20, fitting member 30, piston member 40, sucking-up pipe 50 and spring 60 are made constituting parts. A bar-form valve body 33 enters the inside of a suction valve hole 9 to close the valve, then the pressure in the pressure accumulation chamber consisting of the inside of both large and small diameter cylinders 31, 6 and piston member 40 increases gradually. Then, the piston member 40 descends owing to the diameter difference of the cylinders 31, 6, causing a discharge valve 36 to open to exhaust compressed air through nozzle orifice 36. When the piston 42 reaches a longitudinal groove 11a, the passage to the through-hole 12 is formed and the high-pressure state in the pressure accumulation chamber is eliminated so that the member 40 closes the discharge valve. When a spray head 20 is pushed in this state, the members 40, 30 and the spray head 20 ascend, by which the liquid of the vessel 70 is sucked. By the next depression of the spray head, the pressure liquid is sprayed through the nozzle orifice 24.

    • PURPOSE:To perform descaling easily by a mechanism wherein an insertion cylinder and a filter element are provided at the water exit port and the water intake port respectively, attaching an insertion cylinder for a vessel containing descaling agent inside thereof at the lower port of the bath tub, while the bath tub is filled with water to the level above the upper port thereof and the bath water is heated by the boiler. CONSTITUTION:Insertion cylinder 5 is detached from the feed-in port 1d side of the container vessel body 1, screwing the cylinder 5 into the feed-out port 1b side, and the cap 3 is removed from the plug-type cylinder 2. By screwing the cylinder 5 into the feed-out port 1 side, seal 4 is broken by the force of the seal cutter 5b. At the lower port 8a of the bath tub connecting to the lower pipe 7a of the boiler 7, insertion cylinder 5 is tightly inserted, while the bath tub is filled with water with its level reaching above the upper port 8b, and the bath water is heated by the boiler 7. In this constitution, the heated bath water circulates from the upper port 8b into the bath tub passing thru the outside opening of the plug-type cylinder 2, the filter element 2a and the container vessel 1, and during this circulation, descaling agent is disolved into water which facilitates the descaling function with ease.
