    • PURPOSE:To accomplish easy molding of a bottle with an ear handle by a biaxial strength method by use of a synthetic resin intemediate material to be biaxially stretched composed of a mouth and a bottomed forked tubular section having a thick long tube and a thin short tube. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin intermediate material to be biaxially stretched composed of an upper-end-opened mouth 2 and a bottomed formed forked tubular section 3 having a thick long tube 3a and a thin short tube 3b, extending below the mouth 2, is set into a blowing mold 4. When molded by biaxial stretching, the thin short tube is formed in the ear handle along outer rim covering from one side shoulder to the upper portion of the body of the bottle while when molded by biaxial stretching, the thick short tube 3a is formed encompassing the shoulder, body and the bottom of the bottle. At the same time, an intermediate material 1 is set into the blowing mold 4 so constructed that the part of the bottle facing the ear handle is formed into a recess 6b by heating thereof up to the required temperature. The mouth 2 is retained by die clamping while a high pressure air is blown into the thick long tube 3a and the thin short tube 3b through a high pressure air blowing tube 5 having nozzles 5a and 5b inserted thereinto.

    • PURPOSE:To permit a portable sprayer which is normally used in vertical position to be used in the reversed position by adding a double cylinder having two internal ball valves. CONSTITUTION:A portable sprayer normally used in vertical position consists of a container 1, reciprocating pump 2, and spray head 3, whereby the reciprocating pump 2 is detachabley fixed to the container's 1 mouth part. To the lower end of the reciprocating pump 2, a double cylinder 4 whose inner and outer cylinders 41 and 42 are sealed watertight is mounted. Inside this double cylinder 4, liquid passages A and B are formed such that the former A going from the upper to lower ends and the latter B from the lower end to the lower end of the pump. These passages are formed by combination of relative shapes of the inner and outer cylinders. Moreover, between both liquid passages A and B, an air suction preventive valve consisting of a ball valve 42g which closes at the normal vertical position and a taper valve 42d is installed in the passage A, and an air suction preventive valve consisting of a ball valve 42h which closes at the upside down position and a taper valve 42e is installed in the passage B.

    • PURPOSE:To perform descaling easily by a mechanism wherein an insertion cylinder and a filter element are provided at the water exit port and the water intake port respectively, attaching an insertion cylinder for a vessel containing descaling agent inside thereof at the lower port of the bath tub, while the bath tub is filled with water to the level above the upper port thereof and the bath water is heated by the boiler. CONSTITUTION:Insertion cylinder 5 is detached from the feed-in port 1d side of the container vessel body 1, screwing the cylinder 5 into the feed-out port 1b side, and the cap 3 is removed from the plug-type cylinder 2. By screwing the cylinder 5 into the feed-out port 1 side, seal 4 is broken by the force of the seal cutter 5b. At the lower port 8a of the bath tub connecting to the lower pipe 7a of the boiler 7, insertion cylinder 5 is tightly inserted, while the bath tub is filled with water with its level reaching above the upper port 8b, and the bath water is heated by the boiler 7. In this constitution, the heated bath water circulates from the upper port 8b into the bath tub passing thru the outside opening of the plug-type cylinder 2, the filter element 2a and the container vessel 1, and during this circulation, descaling agent is disolved into water which facilitates the descaling function with ease.
