    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a one-pack moisture-curable polyurethane composition excellent in thixotropy with good appearance, and to provide a method for producing the composition, significantly improving the production yield by accurately measuring the NCO% and utilizing the measurement result as a feedback to a stage prior to the production process.
      SOLUTION: The method for producing a one-pack moisture-curable polyurethane composition includes: a step (X) of obtaining a mixture (α) by mixing a component (A) containing an active hydrogen compound and a powder component (B) containing no calcium carbonate; a step of at least partially eliminating the residual water content in the mixture (α); a step of obtaining a mixture (β) containing a urethane prepolymer by mixing a polyisocyanate compound (C) with the above paste mixture (α); a step of measuring the NCO% in the mixture (β); and a step (Y) of mixing the mixture (β) with calcium carbonate.
