      SOLUTION: This interior illumination light 11 is constituted of a function portion 12 and a decorative portion 13. A locking claw 51 is formed on a side surface of a base housing 41 of the decorative portion 13. A housing 21 of the function portion 12 is formed with an elastically deformable operation panel 33 having a locking portion 34 which permits locking of the locking claw 51 of the decorative portion 13 to be fitted. The operation panel 33 is pressed against from the inside of a bulb housing 44 for elastic deformation, thus releasing the locking state of the locking portion 34 with the locking claw 51.
