摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule having a large amount of immobilized useful microorganisms such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacili useful for forming fermentative type soil while keeping their biological activities and simply produced, a method for producing the same, and methods for bringing crops to have high quality and an abundant harvest and reforming replant failure. SOLUTION: A W/O emulsion in which fine water droplet particles containing a protective polymer material enclosing useful microorganisms are dispersed in an organic phase is prepared by adding an aqueous solution containing the microorganisms useful for forming the fermentative type soil and the protective polymer material having gel forming properties in water to an organic phase comprising an organic solvent containing a biodegradable polymer which is to be a wall member polymer, and emulsifying the same. The W/O/W emulsion is prepared by adding the W/O emulsion to a water phase and emulsifying the same.
