    • PURPOSE:To enable rapid repair of an automatic machining equipment when any abnormality is detected by judging whether it is the unattended time or not at present as well as the contents of the abnormality, indicating said contents of the abnormality at the man's existing time, and storing said contents and automatically stopping the equipment at the attended time. CONSTITUTION:When information on abnormality such as a trouble, etc. is inputted through a relay unit RU and an interface IF, a processor CPU collates working-hour zone data stored in a RAM and, when judged a man's existing time, warning is issued by means of warning lamps, etc., while the contents of the abnormality are recorded by driving a cathode-ray tube display unit CRTc and a printer PRT, and the number of abnormalities, etc. is obtained and loaded in a floppy disk FD1. When judged a man's inexistent time, on the other hand, the contents of abnormality is stored in the RAM and recorded by the PRT, the saving data are loaded in the FD1, FD2, the power source is cut off, and the whole is maintained in an engaged condition. Thereby, an abnormality can be easily handled enabling rapid repair.

Here a machining data are read out, fed to an NC control part CNC, and machined according to the machining data. Thereby, any accident in which an erroneous workpiece might be fed causing the damage of a machine tool, etc. can be prevented, providing always stable machining.

Thereby, the floor area for installing a conveyor can be reduced.

A previously-stored processing data is then read out and applied to a numerical controller CNC to process the workpiece. Various kinds of articles in small quantity can thus be produced efficiently.
