    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output of pellets per hour and to achieve a mass production of pellets having higher quality when they are manufactured by using material having small fluidity. SOLUTION: An extrusion mechanism is provided for mixing a prescribed softened material and extruding it into irregular shapes. A pulverization mechanism is provided for pulverizing the irregular-shaped material extruded from the extrusion mechanism. A shaping mechanism is provided for shaping the material pulverized in the pulverization mechanism into pellets. The irregular-shaped material extruded by the extrusion mechanism is pulverized and then supplied to the shaping mechanism so that the pellets of uniform quality are manufactured. Thereby, high-quality pellets are provided by mass production so as to obtain moldings and aggregates having uniform qualities using the pellets as material.
