A bottom push-out roller 62 which is rotationally driven around a lateral axis in a radial direction and has a plurality of pressure teeth 62a on an outer periphery at the free end of a bottom pivot 61 installed to the rotary drive shaft 25, is provided to the bottom forming part 18B, and a peripheral push-out roller 53 which is rotationally driven around a vertical axis 52 and has a plurality of pressure teeth 53a on an outer periphery at the free end of a peripheral turning arm 51 installed to the rotary drive shaft 25, is provided to the periphery-forming part 18A.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet production apparatus capable of efficiently and safely solidifying again a thermosetting resin waste material such as used urethane and recycling the waste material as solid fuel.SOLUTION: On a top face of a flat die 12, the pellet production apparatus includes: a circular inner wall 16 installed on an inner side of a press roller 13; arms 27 installed horizontally in a centrifugal force direction from a support base of the press roller 13; and vanes 28 located on the outer side of the press roller 13 vertically downwardly from tips of the arms 27. The inner wall 16 is formed at a height and position preventing a material from escaping to the further inner side due to rolling of the press roller 13. The orientation of the vane 28 is adjusted so that the material scattering to the outer side of the press roller 13 leads toward the inner side by rolling of the press roller 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet molding apparatus which is capable of molding pellets of uniform lengths efficiently, does not leave a raw material on the disk and allows molding pellets while crushing them, even when the raw material is a mixture of materials of different particle sizes.
      SOLUTION: The pellet molding apparatus includes a cylindrical housing 1, a disc-shaped disk 2 arranged horizontally in the housing 1 and a vertically-through molding hole 5, a rotor 3 tumbling on the upper surface of the disk 2 in the circumferential direction and a cutter 4 arranged below the disk 2. A circumferential guide groove 6 is formed in the upper surface of the disk 2, and the molding hole 5 is in the bottom surface 61 of the guide groove 6. The rotor 3 tumbles along the guide groove 6. There is provided a recovery rod 7 extending from the center above the disk 2 to the outer periphery of the disk 2. The recovery rod 7 has a bent part 71 and is roof-shaped, and the bent part 71 is positioned nearly at the center of the guide groove 6. The rotor 3 is supported so as to be vertically movable within the range of the depth of the guide groove 6.
