摘要： PURPOSE:To change over pouring-out of drilling water and pouring-out of an improving material, change the pouring-in pressure according to the nature of the soil, and prevent generation of troubles due to solidification of the improving material, by opening/closing a restriction part by means of a ball valve capable of being controlled from the outside. CONSTITUTION:In drilling the ground, a lock bolt 17 is loosened, a grip 18 is held, a control wire 14 is pulled, and a ball valve 13 is brought down from the contact position with a restriction part 9. Next, the bolt 17 is tightened, the control wire 14 is fixed on the circumferential wall of the rod, and while supplying drilling water in a flow passage 6 through a swivel 7, the ground is drilled with a bit 5. In pouring improving material the bolt 17 is loosened, the projecting end part of the wire 4 is pushed in the flow passage 6, and the ball valve 13 is contacted with the restriction part 9. The improving material is supplied in the flow passage 6, poured out only through a pouring-out hole 12, and permeatively poured in the ground. At the time, the restriction part 9 is closed with the valve 13, and the pouring-in pressure is set according to the nature of the soil of the objective ground. Drilling and pouring-in of the improving material are repeated, so as to improve the ground.
