    • PURPOSE:To simultaneously separate and release a plurality of tension rolls from a drive roll by a method wherein a feed drive part comprises a drive roll and a tension roll axially mounted on a plurality of link arms, and the upper end of each link arm is coupled to the working arm of a pressure working part arranged at a side through a regulating rod with a spring. CONSTITUTION:A feed drive part to feed a band steel in a state to nip the band steel comprises a drive roll 3 and a tension roll 4 axially mounted by means of a plurality of link arms 8 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the drive roll 3. The upper end of each link arm 8 is coupled to the working arm 29 of a pressure working part 20, arranged to a side, through a regulating rod 30 with a spring. This constitution simultaneously performs high-efficient separation release and pressure adhesion operation between the pressure working part 20 and each tension roll 4 through operation of the pressure working part 20 when a band steel is nipped by the drive roll 3. Further, since a plurality of tension rolls 4 are nipped through lever operation, no slip occurs even when movement and a stop are repeated at a high speed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush only concrete sections without shredding the reinforcing bars of a welded structure of a structure embedded with the reinforcing bars of the welded structure. SOLUTION: This concrete crusher is provided with rotary drums 3, 3 which rotates reverse from each other in juxtaposition. The outer peripheries of these rotary drums 3 are projectingly provided with circular tooth trains 11 constituted by successively connecting 4 to 8 crushing teeth 10 of prescribed shapes in a circumferential direction. These circular tooth trains 11 forms V-shaped tooth grooves 12 between the adjacent crushing teeth and are alternately formed at a prescribed pitch along the axial direction of the rotary drums 3. The contours of the crushing teeth consist of arcuate bottom lands in contact with the outer peripheries of the rotary drums 3, arcuate tooth crests along the bottom lands, dedendum flanks of which the bottom ends intersect with both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom lands along the radial direction of the rotary drums 3 and oblique tooth surfaces forming the tooth grooves by intersecting with both ends in the longitudinal direction of the tooth crests from the top ends of the display flanks thereof. These oblique tooth surfaces intersect with both flanks of a lightweight concrete structure W of a cubic shape having a plate thickness of 150 mm as the raw material to be crushed respectively at a bite angle of 15 to 25 deg. at the ridge parts with the dedendum flanks.
