SOLUTION: On a flashing board to be attached to the exterior wall surface of a building equipped with a sloped surface 11 and a flashing portion 13 continuing to the sloped surface 11, stripe-shaped water repellent finishing portion 15 consisting of a plurality of sloped lines is formed at both the end portions and jointing portion of the sloped surface as well as the both end portion and jointing portion of the flashing portion. The water repellent finished portion 15 comprises a water repellent finishing portion 15A at the edge portion side formed straight along the both end portions and jointing portions of the sloped surface as well as the both end portion and jointing portion of the flashing portion, and a stripe-shaped water repellent finish 15B consisting of a plurality of oblique lines formed downward at predetermined intervals from the water repellent finish 15A at the edge portion side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a structure preventing a swell of a waterproof layer arranged on a roof floor of a structural body and is provided with a protective layer on an upper surface thereof by asphalt concrete paving.
      SOLUTION: A roof floor slab with a drainage slope is formed by placing floor concrete on a floor slab. A roofing sheet material having a stripe-like ventilation part at least on a lower surface thereof is laid on the upper surface of the roof floor slab in a manner that the direction of the stripe is arranged parallel to the drainage slope to form the waterproof layer. Permanently-installed first deaeration devices communicating with the ventilation part of the waterproof layer are arranged at appropriate positions. Temporarily-installed second deaeration devices communicating with the ventilation part of the waterproof layer are installed on and along a vertex line of the drainage slope at predetermined intervals. Asphalt concrete pavement is executed on the waterproof layer having the deaeration devices to form a protective layer. The temporarily-installed second deaeration devices are removed after a curing period.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent pollution on an exterior wall surface of a building by applying hydrophilic surface treatment to the front surface side of a flashing portion and the upper surface side of a sloped surface and applying water repellent surface treatment to the tip and rear surface of the flashing portion. SOLUTION: Rain water run down along the exterior wall surface 21 and a window frame 22 and dropped to the top surface of a sloped surface 11 spreads widely and forms a water film on the whole surface of the top surface by the hydrophilic effect of the hydrophilic surface treatment layer 15 applied from the top surface side 12 of the sloped surface to the surface side of the flashing portion 13. In this way, the rain water flows uniformly to the tip of water flashing portion 13 without forming a water current. Moreover, water film-shaped rain water flowed down to the tip of the flashing portion 13 is repelled by the water repellent action of the water repellent surface treatment layer 19 applied to the tip and rear surface of the water flashing portion 13, and rain water is definitely drained downward without being sucked into the side of exterior wall surface 24. Thus, pollution of the exterior wall surface below the flashing portion and water leakage to the inside of a room can be definitely prevented.
