    • PURPOSE:To automatically stably form stitches approximately parallel to an end edge by surely correcting the positional deviation of the end edge of a texture fed in a needle location. CONSTITUTION:A texture end controlling roller 22 is mounted to the tip of a swing arm 20 disposed in front of a needle location and connected to the output shaft to a texture end motor 21 fixed to the proximal end. The positional deviation of the texture end from a reference feed line C is detected by a texture end sensor 3. The texture end motor 21 is driven according to the detection to rotate the texture end controlling roller 22 forward and backward and apply a moving force to the texture sandwiched between the controlling roller 22 and a driven roller 24 in the direction orthogonal to the feeding direction so that the positional deviation of the texture end from the reference feed line 24 is corrected. Also, the texture end controlling roller 22 and driven roller 24 are bevel rollers expanded toward the downstream side in the direction of feeding the texture so that the texture fed in from the contracted diameter side is reasonably sandwiched. Further, a lift cylinder 26 is advanced according to the detection of completed sewing by a completed sewing sensor 4 to lift the texture end controlling roller 22 on the tip of the swing arm 20 and release the texture from the state sandwiched between the controller 22 and driven roller 24.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the high efficiency of sewing-on operation by eliminating a lag of a sewn-on strip body returning onto a sewing machine bed together with the sewn starting end behind a texture and automating the sewing-on operation of the strip body until reaching the final stage. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary feed roller 42 is mounted to the front end of a swing arm 40 extending along a sewing machine bead 1a to be connected with the output shaft of an auxiliary feed motor 41 coaxial with the swing shaft of the swing arm 40 through a timing belt 43. The rear side of the swing shaft of the swing arm 40 is urged upwardby by a coiled spring 45 and similarly the rear end part is depressed by the advance of a lift cylinder 46. The return of a first sewing end onto the sewing machine bed 1a is detected to drive the auxiliary feed motor 41 according to the detection and draw out and in the lift cylinder 46. Then, the auxiliary feed roller 40 is lowered onto the sewing machine bed 1a according to the swing of the swing arm 40 by a spring force of the coiled spring 45 to come in rolling contact with a rubber strip R returning onto the sewing machine bed 1a together with the first sewing end and roll through the transmission from the auxiliary feed motor 41 for giving a feeding force to the rubber strip R.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a strip body to be sewn on a tube port end edge of a texture automatically with a proper sewing width by automatically eliminating the positional deviation of the tube port end edge of the texture on a bed of a sewing machine. CONSTITUTION:Light receiving parts 62, 63 are disposed opposedly above a pair of luminescent parts 60, 61 on both sides of a reference feeding line C set to feed a texture end along the feeding line to form a texture end sensor 6 for detecting the positional deviation of the texture end. A texture end controlling roller 32 is mounted to the tip of a swing arm 30 to be connected to the output shaft of a texture end motor 31 fixed to the proximal end. The texture end motor 31 is driven according to the detection of the texture end sensor 6 and accordingly the forward and backward rolling of the texture end controlling roller 32 applies a moving force to the texture in the direction orthogonal to the direction of feeding the texture to correct automatically the positional deviation of the texture end from reference feeding line C. Also, the texture end controlling roller 32 is a bevel roller expanded toward the downstream side in the direction of feeding the texture to be brought into reasonable rolling contact with the texture fed from the contracted diameter side.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a sewing machine for attaching rubber which can automate an operation of sewing a rubber strip on a tube port end edge of a texture. CONSTITUTION:When a rubber strip R fed by the motion of a rubber feeder 2 is sewn on a tube port of a texture set on a machine bed 1a, the positional deviation on the tube port end edge of the texture, is detected and a moving force is applied to the texture in the direction orthogonal to the feeding direction by the motion of a texture end control device 3 in response to the detection to eliminate the positional deviation. Also, the texture end turning around the machine head 1a and returning to a needle location to be first sewn is detected and according to the detection the rubber strip R is cut off at the outlet side of the rubber feeder 2, while a feed amount of the texture is corrected to the increment side by the motion of texture feed correcting device 8 according to the detection of the first sewing end. Also, a feeding force equivalent to that for the texture is applied to the rubber strip R sewn on the first sewing end by the motion of an auxiliary feeder 4 and the rubber strip R sewn on the first sewing end and the rubber strip R from the rubber feeder 2 are allowed to be received simultaneously by fixing a holder to a slightly raised position.

    • PURPOSE:To sew a rubber band which is released from a rubber feeding device on the cloth keeping the constant extension state by the disconnection and maintain the fine finishing state just like before the disconnection even in the end of the sewing. CONSTITUTION:A pressing board 30 and a pressing roller 31 are arranged by putting the feeding path of a rubber band R from the rubber feeding device to a pressure 11 on a sewing machine bed 1a. According to the disconnection of the rubber band R at the transmission side of the rubber feeding device, a pressure roller 31 is pushed against the pressing board 30 by advancing a pressure cylinder 35 to hold the disconnected rubber band R between them. With the driving motor coupled with the feeding of the cloth K on the sewing machine bed 1a, the pressure roller 31 is rotated and driven around a horizontal roller axis 32. The constant tension is applied to the rubber band R by the holding part consisting of the pressure board 30 and the pressure roller 31 and the holding part consisting of the pressure 11 on the sewing machine bed 1a and a needle plate 12.
