    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a carrier which reduces aging of toner in a developer.
      SOLUTION: The carrier composition includes an irregular shape ferrite core and a coating stuck on the irregular shape ferrite core. Preferably, the method for manufacturing the carrier includes a step for supplying the irregular shape ferrite core and a coating material, a step for sticking the coating material on the irregular shape ferrite core by dryly mixing the irregular shape ferrite core with the coating material, a step for heating the mixture of the irregular shape ferrite core and the coating material to the temperature of about 350-450°F (about 176.7-232.2°C), and a step for cooling the coated carrier particle.
