The power supply voltage circuit (2) is connected to a power supply voltage terminal (11) as well as the electric device (3) through power supply voltage lines (9 and 9a). The temperature monitoring unit (4) is connected to an auxiliary voltage source unit (10) through the power supply voltage line (14) as well as the electric device (3) through a signal line (12) to transmit an actual temperature value analogue signal (T).
