      SOLUTION: This method of immobilizing protein/peptide to the chip includes activating a chemically-modified diamond/DLC (Diamond-like Carbon) chip with an activation reagent, spotting the protein/peptide on the chip and performing a coupling reaction, and then performing a blocking operation of an unreacted active group. As a spotting additive, 30% dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) or 30% polyethylene glycol (PEG) is used, or activation is performed by the activation reagent, then drying after cleaning with MilliQ water is performed by decompression/drying processing for one hour.
